Summary information about geographic areas:
 
ASC 280, “Segment Reporting,” establishes standards for reporting information about operating segments. Operating segments are defined as components of an enterprise about which separate financial information is available that is evaluated regularly by the chief operating decision maker in deciding how to allocate resources and in assessing performance. The Company manages its business on the basis of one reportable segment and unit and derives revenues mainly from subscription licensing, SaaS revenues and maintenance and services fees (see Note 1 above for a brief description of the Company’s business). The following is a summary of revenues within geographic areas (in thousands):

(*) Sales to customers in France did not exceed 10% of total revenues for the year ended December 31, 2022. Sales to customers in France accounted for 10.5% and 10.6% of the Company’s revenues for the years ended December 31, 2021 and 2020, respectively.

During the years ended December 31, 2022, 2021 and 2020, respectively, there were no sales to a single customer exceeding 10% of the Company’s revenues.
