(b) On August 7, 2010, Elliot Sainer resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of CRC Health Corporation (a subsidiary of CRC Health Group from whose Board of Directors Mr. Sainer also resigned). Mr. Sainer is resigning for personal reasons and to pursue other opportunities. There were no disagreements between Mr. Sainer and CRC that led to his resignation.
