13. Subsequent Events

Per the discussion in Note

1

“Organization and Basis of Presentation”, the Company and Private ArTara completed the Merger in accordance with the terms of the Merger Agreement whereby Merger Sub merged with and into Private ArTara, with Private ArTara surviving as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
