At September 30, 2015, the Company has 100,000,000 shares of Common Stock authorized for issuance, $0.001 par value per share, of which 16,479,508 shares were issued and outstanding. After the 5,864 shares issued in the second quarter for the ESPP plan, the Company has the following shares of Common Stock reserved for future issuance:
