Item 8.01 Other Events.
    
On March 16, 2020, Red Trail Energy, LLC sent notice to its members that it is postponing its annual member meeting as a result of guidance from the State of North Dakota related to COVID-19. Red Trail Energy, LLC will send a new annual meeting notice once the meeting has been rescheduled.
