This current report on Form 8-K relates to the Audited and Unaudited Financial Statements of DB Commodity Services LLC (“DBCS”) for the year ended December 31, 2007 and the nine months ended September 30, 2008. DBCS is the Managing Owner of PowerShares DB G10 Currency Harvest Fund and DB G10 Currency Harvest Master Fund. The DBCS Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2007 and the DBCS Unaudited Financial Statements for the nine months ended September 30, 2008 are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and are being filed herewith.
