Effective as of September 13, 2021, Brent Boydston began serving as President of Eco Enterprises, LLC (“Eco”), a subsidiary of PGT Innovations, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Boydston formerly served as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Corporate Sales and Innovation. In connection with his change in role, Eco and Mr. Boydston entered into an employment agreement on substantially the same terms as Mr. Boydston’s prior employment agreement with the Company.
