On March 25, 2010, Black Tusk Minerals Inc. (the “Registrant”) terminated the services of Computershare Trust Company of Canada as the Registrant’s transfer agent.  Effective March 25, 2010, the Registrant appointed Colonial Stock Transfer Inc.
