Item 8.01. Other Events.
On October 21, 2022, the Board of Directors (“Board”) of Mueller Water Products, Inc. (the “Company”) declared an increase to the Company’s quarterly cash dividend by approximately 5.2% to $0.061 per share from $0.058 per share. The dividend will be paid November 21, 2022, to shareholders of record on November 10, 2022.
A copy of the press release issued October 21, 2022 announcing the dividend is attached and furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
