Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On August 24, 2016, the Board of Directors of Lincolnway Energy, LLC (the “Company”) approved a distribution of $45 per unit to its members of record on September 1, 2016 payable on or about September 15, 2016. Based on the current number of units outstanding, the aggregate payment will be approximately $1.9 million.

The foregoing information is being furnished under “Item 7.01- Regulation FD Disclosure.” Such information shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Exchange Act nor shall it be deemed incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act, except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such filing.
