Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On December 5, 2023, Ascent Solar Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) convened its 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. At the Annual Meeting, there was not a sufficient number of shares of the Company’s common stock present or represented by proxy in order to a constitute quorum. The Company adjourned the Annual Meeting without the transaction of any business. The Annual Meeting will be reconvened on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time, and will continue to be held at the Company’s corporate office at 12300 Grant Street, Thornton, CO 80241.

On December 6, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing the convening and adjournment of the Annual Meeting and the information for the reconvened Annual Meeting. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
