Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 16, 2008, Maria Perry resigned as our interim chief financial officer, principal financial officer and principal accounting officer, and at the same time our board of directors appointed Joseph P. Hernon, 48, to serve as our chief financial officer, principal financial officer and principal accounting officer.

From November 2005 until October 2007, Mr. Hernon served as the chief financial officer of Aqua Bounty Technologies Inc., a biotechnology company dedicated to the improvement of productivity in the acquaculture industry through the application of biotechnology. From August 1996 until October 2005, Mr. Hernon served as vice president, chief financial officer and secretary of Boston Life Sciences Inc., a biotechnology company focused on developing therapeutics and diagnostics for central nervous system diseases.
