We are unable to file, without unreasonable effort and expense, our Form 10-QSB Quarterly Report for the period ended November 30, 2007 because our auditors have not yet had an opportunity to complete their review of our financial statements. It is anticipated that our Form 10-QSB quarterly Report, along with our unaudited financial statements, will be filed on or before the 5th calendar day following its prescribed due date.
