Section 7 - Regulation FD
Item 7.01    Regulation FD Disclosure.
In a conversation subsequent to LDR Holding Corporation's (the "Company") November 6, 2013 earnings conference call with investors, the Company disclosed to an analyst that the Company trained more than 200 surgeons on the use of its Mobi-C cervical disc replacement device during the quarter ended September 30, 2013.  In addition, the Company stated that training between 400 and 500 surgeons by year-end 2013 is realistic, including those previously trained in the third quarter.
