Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

Avalara, Inc. (the “Company”) would like to correct a false rumor in the market. Unfortunately, third party data providers have incorrectly indicated that the Company is paying a dividend. The Company is working to have the false information removed from the third party sites.
