Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 26, 2023, CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it will report earnings results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2023 and will host a related conference call on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 10:00 am Central Time to discuss its financial results.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – October 26, 2023 - CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc. (NYSE: CORR, CORRPrA) ("CorEnergy" or the "Company") announced today that it will report results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2023, on November 7, 2023.

CorEnergy will host a conference call on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time to discuss its financial results. The call may also include discussion of Company developments and forward-looking and other material information about business and financial matters.
