We previously filed a Form 8-K, or the Form 8-K, on April 4, 2008, reporting our acquisition of Arboleda Apartments, located in Cedar Park, Texas, as described in such Form 8-K. We are filing this Form 8-K/A, Amendment No. 1, to provide the financial information required by Item 9.01.
