PART III - NARRATIVE

State below in reasonable detail why Forms 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, 10-D, N-SAR, N-CSR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.

 

World Monitor Trust III Series J the (“Registrant”) independent public accountants AJSH & Co. LLP (the "Auditors") are engaged to audit the financial statements required to be filed with the Annual Report on Form 10-K (the "Annual Report") of the Registrant for the year ending December 31, 2017. The Auditors are unable to release to the Registrant their audit opinion in sufficient time to allow the Registrant to meet its filing deadline on the due date for the Annual Report. As a result, the Registrant could not complete the filing before the applicable filing deadline, and the delay could not be eliminated by the Registrant without unreasonable effort or expense.

The Registrant will file the Annual Report for the year ended December 30, 2017 within the 15-day extension period provided under Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
