As previously disclosed, on January 6, 2017, per the recommendation of its Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Compass Group Diversified Holdings LLC (the “Company”) elected Ms. Sarah (“Sally”) Gaines McCoy as a Class I Director of the Company. This Current Report on Form 8-K/A (the "Amended Report") updates the Current Report on Form 8-K filed on January 9, 2017 (the "Original Report") to correct the stated effective date of Ms. McCoy's election. Ms. McCoy's election was effective January 6, 2017. No other amendments to the Original Report are being made by the Amended Report.
