Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On November 28, 2006, the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines approved geochemical and magnetic work Garpa conducted on its mining claims KRL1248309 and KRL1248362 in the Red Lake mining division, in Ontario, Canada. The mining claims are held in the name of via its trustee Gary Schellenberg. The new due date for the claims are June 9, 2007.
