5.02 On May 1, 2007 the Board of Directors of the Company elected Liang Qiu Xia to serve as a Director of the Company.  Ms. Liang, age 50, graduated from Shenzhen Adult Education Institute with a major in Accounting in 1984.  Ms. Liang has over twenty years of experience in accounting and financial management. From 1996 to 2007, she was a section head of China Nonferrous Metals Financial Company Limited in Shenzhen and was responsible for management accounting, financial accounting and other accounting related duties. From 1992 to 1996, she was an accounting officer of Guangdong Silk Corporation Group. Ms Liang is also a Certified Accounting Professional in China.
