Oil and gas revenues for the three months ended March 31, 2010, are expected to be approximately $3,100 compared to $1,535 for the three months ended March 31, 2009.  Loss from operations for the three months ended March 31, 2010 is expected to be approximately $263,000, and net loss is expected to be approximately $317,000 for the three months ended March 31, 2010, compared to loss from operations of $44,019, and net loss of $79,916 for the three months ended March 31, 2009.   The increases in loss from operations and net loss are principally due to stock-based compensation of $212,163 recognized during the three months ended March 31, 2010, compared to none during the three months ended March 31, 2009.
