Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 1, 2015, at the Piper Jaffray 27th Annual Healthcare Conference in New York, New York, Aldeyra Therapeutics, Inc. (“Aldeyra”) management will be providing an update regarding its development programs. As part of this update, Aldeyra plans to announce that it has completed enrollment in its Phase II clinical trial of ophthalmic NS2 in patients with allergic conjunctivitis.
