On November 29, 2022, Aldeyra Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) to announce the submission of a New Drug Application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for topical ocular reproxalap, an investigational new drug candidate, for the treatment of signs and symptoms of dry eye disease. The Press Release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
