Item 7.01 Regulation FD

On August 21, 2024, Lion Copper and Gold Corp. (the "Registrant") issued a press release announcing results from its Bear deposit 2024 exploration drilling program in the Yerington District of Nevada. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
