Other Events

On June 20, 2024, Femasys Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing receipt of CE Mark approval for four of its women’s health products, clearing the path for the company to begin commercialization efforts in Europe. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
