Item 5.02  Departure of Director

 

Mr. Qinghua Wang, a member of the Board of Directors of the company, resigned as a member of the board of directors of China Intelligence and as the general manager of the subsidiary company, Jinan Yinquan Technology Co,.Ltd, due to the personal reasons. The Board accepted Mr. Wang’s resignation, effective August 27, 2012. There was no disagreement between Mr. Wang and the Company prior to his resignation on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 5.02.

China Intelligence Announces Resignation of Director

 

JINAN, China, August 30, 2012 - China Intelligence Information Systems, Inc. ("China Intelligence", "The Company") (PINK: IICN), who offers virtualization technology application and cloud computing related consulting service, products, solutions and implementation service in the People's Republic of China, announced today that Mr. Qinghua Wang, a member of the Board of Directors of the company, resigned as a member of the board of directors of China Intelligence and as the general manager of the subsidiary company, Jinan Yinquan Technology Co,.Ltd, due to the personal reasons. The Board accepted Mr. Wang’s resignation, effective August 27, 2012. The Company is seeking a suitable candidate to serve as the new general manager of the subsidiary. There was no disagreement between Mr. Wang and the Company prior to his resignation on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
