Item 5.02.                      Departure of Certain Officers
 
On October 28, 2011, Gary Hess resigned his position as Senior Vice President - Chemical Marketing of FutureFuel Corp.’s wholly-owned subsidiary, FutureFuel Chemical Company, to pursue other endeavors.  The Company is grateful for Mr. Hess’ past services and wishes Mr. Hess success in his future endeavors.
