Viper Powersports Inc. announced today The Industrial Development Board of the City of Auburn (“Board”) has declared a default on the Promissory Note (“Note”) between Viper Motorcycle Company (“Viper”) and the Board dated July 27, 2011. The Board has demanded the removal of the equipment collateral assigned to the Note.
