Board and committee fees description	The amount will be ten percent (10%) plus two and one-half percent (2 1/2%) for each year of service as a Director, with a minimum of fifty percent (50%), provided the Director has served for at least five (5) years, and a maximum of sixty percent (60%). The maximum benefit increases for any Director serving as Chairman of the Board for at least five years to seventy-five percent (75%).
