On April 25, 2006, we issued a press release announcing the launch of a national advertising campaign for our proprietary Pay N’ Talk^™ prepaid residential long distance telephone services powered by IDT in 1,900 Brooks/Eckerd drugstores. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
