His experience and knowledge of the industry will be extremely helpful in advancing the Company

Since 2005, Abraham has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Abraham Group, an international strategic consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. Abraham is an alumnus of Michigan State University and Harvard Law School. He currently serves on the board of Occidental Petroleum Corp. and was previously Chairman of Areva, Inc., the North America subsidiary of AREVA.
