In connection with the Mineral Property Option and Joint Venture Agreement (the "Agreement") between Uranium Energy Corp. (the "Company") and Strategic Resources Inc. ("Strategic"), which the Company previously filed as an exhibit to its current report on Form 8-K, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 9, 2009, the Company has been advised by Strategic that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the terms of the Agreement.
