Coda Octopus (the “Company”) is currently working on a plan to restructure its operations.  As a result, the Company will be unable to file its Annual Report for the year ended October 31, 2010, in a timely fashion.  The Company intends to file such report and resume filing other reports it is required to file as soon as possible.
