Chelsea Therapeutics International, Ltd. issued a press release on September 24, 2007 announcing its planned clinical protocol for its Phase III trials of Droxidopa in Neurogenic Orthostatic Hypotension (NOH) and intention to initiate patient dosing during the fourth quarter of 2007. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
