The undersigned, as a Section 16 reporting person of eHealth, Inc. (the "Corporation") under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"), hereby constitutes and appoints Scott Giesler of the Corporation and Christine Wong of the Corporation, and J. Randall Lewis of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, P.C. ("WSGR"), each acting solely in his or her capacity as an employee of the Corporation or WSGR, as applicable, and each of them, as the undersigned's true and lawful attorney-in-fact for the following actions (only for so long as such individual remains an employee of the Corporation or WSGR, as applicable):
