On August 3, 2023, Mercer International Inc. (the “Company”) announced by press release the Company’s results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2023. A copy of such press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.

On August 3, 2023, the Company announced by press release that its board of directors had authorized a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share to be paid on October 4, 2023 to all shareholders of record on September 27, 2023. A copy of such press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
