Hill, Senior Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer, announced his resignation effective April 20, 2007.  Mr. Hill’s resignation was not due to any disagreements between Mr. Hill and the Company regarding accounting practices, financial reporting, internal controls or regulatory matters.
