SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 22 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has evaluated subsequent events through the filing of this report and determined that there have not been any events that have occurred that would require adjustments to or disclosures in the consolidated financial statements, except the following: On May 3, 2018, the Company announced that effective at 5:00 p.m. (EDT) on May 25, 2018, the Company will change its name to "Exantas Capital Corp." The Company's common stock and Series C Preferred Stock will continue to be listed on the NYSE and the Company anticipates that on May 29, 2018 its common stock will begin trading under the symbol "XAN" and its Series C Preferred Stock will begin trading under the symbol "XAN PrC." The Company's new CUSIP number for its common stock following the name change will be 30068N105 and the new CUSIP number for its Series C Preferred Stock will be 30068N402.
