Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 14, 2010, Bobby L. Chain, an independent director, advised the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (the "Bank") that he would not run for re-election to the Bank’s Board of Directors. In doing so, Mr. Chain did not express any disagreement on any matter relating to the Bank’s operations, policies or practices. Mr. Chain has served as an independent (formerly appointive) director since January 2004. His term as a director of the Bank will expire on December 31, 2010.
