Home BancShares, Inc. is filing this amendment to its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 (the “Form 10-Q”) filed on May 6, 2008 solely to correct an inadvertent omission for the certifications filed as Exhibits 31.1 and 31.2.
