Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

 

On October 29, 2009, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston (the Bank) sent an e-mail to its members regarding the Bank’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2009. A copy of the member e-mail is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
