Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

(b) On July 15, 2019, Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh (“Bank”) Independent Director Cheryl L. Johnson informed the Bank that, as a result of relocation, she is resigning as an Independent Director of the Bank, effective as of that day.  Under the rules of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, the Board of Directors of the Bank is required to select a replacement Independent Director meeting the applicable requirements of Finance Agency regulation 12 C.F.R Part 1261 for the remainder of Ms. Johnson’s term which expires on December 31, 2020.
