Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April 23, 2010, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh (the "Bank") issued a notice to its members announcing that the Bank plans to host a member audio and Web conference on May 6, 2010, at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2010. A transcript of the call will be posted on the Bank’s public Web site at www.fhlb-pgh.com and remain posted for 45 days.
