Explanatory Note: This Form 8-K/A amends and restates the Form 8-K filed by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh ("Bank") on February 26, 2009 solely to add the following statement to the text of the 8-K:
As of December 31, 2008 the Bank met all regulatory capital requirements, including our risk-based capital requirement.
