Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 5, 2008 the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh (the "Bank") issued a press release to report: 1) the Bank’s financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2008; and 2) that, on August 5, 2008 based on second quarter 2008 results, the Bank’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of 3.50 percent annualized, to be paid August 11, 2008. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K is a copy of the related press release.
