(d) Election of Directors.

This Current Report on Form 8-K/A is intended by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh ("Bank") to amend the Current Report on Form 8-K of November 17, 2006, in order to add information about the Committees of the Bank’s Board of Directors ("Board") on which: Edward J. Molnar; Dennis Marlo; Patrick J. Ward; and David R. Gibson will serve in 2007.

On January 11, 2007, the Board approved 2007 Committee memberships, appointing:

Mr. Molnar to the Governance and Human Resources Committees;

Mr. Marlo to the Audit and Finance & Risk Committees;

Mr. Ward to the Audit and Finance & Risk Committees; and

Mr. Gibson to the Audit and Finance & Risk Committees.
