Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On April 12, 2024, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh (the “Bank”) issued a notice to its members announcing that the Bank plans to host a conference call for members on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2024. In advance of the call, the Bank will provide electronic presentation slides on its website for use during the call. A transcript of the call will be posted on the Bank’s public website at www.fhlb-pgh.com and remain posted for 45 days.
