Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On June 9, 15 and 17, 2009, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh (the “Bank”) is holding regional member meetings at which the following financial review slide presentation including preliminary and unaudited financial information for the first quarter of 2009 is being presented. A copy of the slide presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
