1. Edison Venture Fund IV, L.P. is the record holder of the securities. As the general partner of Edison Venture Fund IV, L.P., Edison Partners IV, L.P. may be deemed a beneficial owner of the securities. In their capacities as general partners of Edison Partners IV, L.P., each of John Martinson, Joe Allegra and Ross Martinson may also be deemed to be beneficial owners of the securities. Each Joint Filer, other than Edison Venture Fund IV, L.P. expressly disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities, except to the extent of his or its pecuniary interest therein, if any.
